Will China Become the Next Hegemonic Superpower?
Richard Lynn

The author agrees with Ellis's comment that the Chinese have shown less creative achievement than Europeans during the last five centuries, but argues that over a longer time span Oriental achievements have matched those of Europeans and that if they were to embark on a eugenic program they could surpass Caucasoids. He also accepts Ellis's second point that if and when the Chinese secure world hegemony they might well repopulate the remainder of the world.
