The IQ of Gypsies in Central Europe.

The author provides a review of research on the IQ of Gypsies in the Czech and Slovak Republics. He finds that their average IQ is significantly lower than that of the Czech and Slovak populations and tries to identify the revolutionary roots of the difference.
